We need to simplify messaging. Focus on: Undefined "third parties" "Including but not limited to" language, which leaves the door wide open. How can we, in good conscience, sign "I have read and understood the Privacy Notice Statement (PNS) and how Transport Canada (TC) will collect, use, and disclose my personal information for the purposes outlined therein."
